This Policy is an integral part of the Camping Gear Rental Agreement accessible on our website and applies to any rental transactions entered into by Cool Camp Rentals, LLC ("Owner") and a Renter.
1. Refunds for Store Credit Only:We do not offer cash refunds. All refunds are issued as store credit, which can be used for future rentals and services. Campers book campsite reservations and rentals up to a year or more in advance, especially around holidays and other notable dates. This policy is designed to provide flexibility for our customers while ensuring a seamless rental experience for all.
2. Reservation Modifications:We understand that plans can change. If you need to move, modify, or alter your reservation, we are here to help. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs within the constraints of our availability and scheduling.
3. Cancellation Policy:Should you need to cancel your reservation, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative. Cancellations will be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future rentals and services. To ensure fairness and clarity, cancellations must be communicated to us at the earliest opportunity.
4. Refund Process:All requests for refunds must be submitted as soon as possible. Upon receiving a request, our team will review the details and issue store credit accordingly. The store credit will be applied to your account and can be used for any of our rental services.
5. Store Credit Usage:Store credit issued under this policy can be redeemed for future rentals or services provided by us. The credit does not expire and can be used at any time, subject to availability and current rental rates.

8. Acknowledgment:By checking the boxes on the Order Checkout Page on our app, which is required to submit an Order for Equipment, the Renter acknowledges having read, understood, and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
This Policy is subject to change at the discretion of the Owner, and any changes will be communicated to the Renter in writing. The Renter's continued use of the Equipment following any changes to this Policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
